4. Freelance & Hiring Marketplace Operations

Navigator17 is a bridge between employers and workers. This creates unique data flows:

  • Profile Visibility: When you register as a worker (digital or non-digital), your profile, rating, and work history are public. If you choose to remain "private," your data is only shown to employers you apply to.
  • Work Documentation: Files shared during a "Hire" project are stored on our encrypted servers. We may access these files only in cases of a Dispute Resolution request between the buyer and the seller.
