1. The Scope of Services
Navigator17.com is a multi-service digital platform providing: (a) Editorial content based on Google Trends and data analytics; (b) A marketplace for the distribution and sale of digital products, including but not limited to software, scripts, and video games; and (c) A service-matching portal for the hiring of individuals for digital and non-digital work. These Terms govern all interactions within these three pillars.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use certain features of the site, including selling products or hiring workers, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Digital Product Marketplace (Software & Games)
3.1 License to Use
When you purchase or download a digital product from Navigator17.com, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product’s specific license file, you may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the software or games provided here.
3.2 "As-Is" Provision
All digital products, especially "Free" software and games, are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Navigator17 does not guarantee that any software will be compatible with your specific hardware or that it will be free of bugs or errors. Users are encouraged to scan all downloads with updated antivirus software.
3.3 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. Refunds may only be granted at our sole discretion in cases where the product is proven to be non-functional or misrepresented by the seller.
4. The Workforce Marketplace (Hiring & Selling Services)
Navigator17 acts as a venue to connect Employers (clients) and Workers (freelancers). We are not a party to the direct contracts formed between these users.
4.1 User Conduct in Hiring
Users engaging in digital or non-digital work must act with professional integrity. Employers agree to provide clear instructions and timely payment. Workers agree to provide original work that does not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
4.2 Non-Digital Work Safety
For non-digital (physical) work, Navigator17 is not responsible for the physical safety of the parties involved. Users are advised to perform due diligence and meet in safe, public locations when applicable. Navigator17 does not conduct background checks on its users.
5. Payments, Fees, and Commissions
Navigator17 uses third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms of service.
- Seller Fees: We may charge a commission on every sale made through the platform to cover hosting and administrative costs.
- Withdrawals: Freelancers and sellers may withdraw their earnings once they reach the minimum threshold, subject to a verification period to prevent fraud.
6. Monetization and Third-Party Links
Navigator17.com displays advertisements via Google AdSense and utilizes affiliate marketing links (including CAT links).
- AdSense: Users acknowledge that ads are served by third parties and Navigator17 does not endorse the specific products shown in ads.
- Affiliate/CAT Links: We may earn a commission if you purchase products through our links. This does not influence our editorial integrity regarding Trend articles.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Navigator17, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, or physical injury resulting from work engagements facilitated by the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navigator17 and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party rights, or your conduct within the marketplace.
